		<description>I&#039;ve been reading a lot about this and recently wrote an article about how the brain gut relationship is a two way street. It seems that the bacteria in your gut can change your brain chemistry. Also stress can change the bacteria in your gut.

Also there are more neurons in your gut than in your spinal cord.  90% of the serotonin in your body is in the bowel.

It makes perfect sense that we should listen to this part of ourselves.
