After more than a few years hiatus, I starting going to Bikram Yoga again – aka – “Hot Yoga”.  This is a Yoga practice consisting of 26 poses in a room heated to 104 degrees. I stopped going the last time after a few classes because my life became so hectic, I told myself I didn’t have time to breathe, let alone breathe in a hot room for 90 minutes!
