A few days ago I talked about the fear mindset and how it can really hold you back. The antidote to that of course is action. But once you get into action mode, the next step is perseverance. I’d like to introduce you to Naomi Dunford, someone I absolutely love. She’s genuine, swears like a sailor, and has been there – done that. Please take a minute to read one of her latest posts. If you ever thought that one person couldn’t make a positive difference, take a moment to watch this video. It may start out a little slow, but stick with it. To watch this video is to know what I aspire to. My path may end up being different, but the end result is the same, making a difference. Anything is possible if you believe and perservere.

 

Know that this video is close to my heart as I grew up going to “forgotten” schools. This is a picture of my high school. The windows you see are not in the classrooms, the are only in the hallways. The school felt like a prison at times, and my escape at others.  Compare this to the video. You can make a difference in your own way.
