Relaxation Mindset

Every now and then go away, have a little relaxation, for when you come back to your work your judgment will be surer.  Go some distance away because then the work appears smaller and more of it can be taken in at a glance and a lack of harmony and proportion is more readily seen.

Soon we’ll be taking Da Vinci’s advice and taking a much needed relaxation break. Physically and mentally, I am more than ready.  We’re in our final prep for a back-packing trip to Yosemite. I can’t wait to unplug from the world and get back to nature. Blue skies, mountains, trees, and a lot of peace and quiet. No RV, campsite or showers, just us and our backpacks and tents – can’t wait!

Long before visualization was all the rage in mainstream, it was something I did without even realizing the power it held. When I was little, I always dreamed of a better life – obsessed is probably a better word.
